Support sick kids at Blacktown & Mount Druitt Hospitals
Meet baby Sebastian
He has two holes in his heart.
Baby Sebastian was diagnosed at birth with an Incomplete Atrioventricular Septal Defect (AVSD), meaning that the centre of his heart did not form properly, which created two holes in his heart.
Following open heart surgery to repair baby Sebastian's tiny heart, he spent countless days recovering with his mum, Adriana, at the Paediatric Unit at Mount Druitt Hospital.
Your gift, no matter how small, has the power to make a real and meaningful difference to children like Sebastian. Your generous support and donation will help:
- create warm, welcoming spaces where children feel safe,
- provide practical support for families during long and challenging hospital stays, or
- support the purchase of life-saving medical equipment.
Total Tools Penrith, Minchinbury and Blacktown stores are fundraising to support babies and children like Sebastian and their families at Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals.
Meet the Total Tools team
Meet Jason Mitchell (pictured far left) is the Assistant Manager at Total Tools Penrith. As a proud local, he knows that many families are experiencing financial difficulties with the rising cost of living.
Jason said, "I grew up here, and I know that there are a lot of families doing it really tough right now".
"Not everyone has the same level of support, and we want to do something to help those who are doing it really tough, like sick kids and their families in hospital," he said.
TOTAL TOOLS PENRITH, BLACKTOWN and MINCHINBURY stores are proudly supporting newborn babies and children receiving care at Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals.
Jason added, "We're getting behind this initiative as a team, and doing whatever we can to raise funds to support local kids in hospital and their families".
Every donation, now matter how small, will help make a real difference today.
